Meet Our Founder

Alicia Pearson is our founder.  Her journey is a powerful narrative of dedication and the relentless pursuit of knowledge. Rising from the challenging circumstances of poverty in rural Mississippi, she became the first in her family to go to college. Alicia’s rich tapestry of experiences span from founding a children’s education center on the East Coast, to managing multiple oncology clinics in Texas, to designing complex clinical trials and fostering patient engagement in a leading biotech firm in California, underscoring her dedication to excellence and innovation. Founding the Innovator Incubator, she brings this spirit of perseverance and a deep-seated belief in the transformative potential of learning. Her aim is to inspire and equip the youth of Fillmore County for a future of entrepreneurial success while also bolstering the economic success of the area.
